Here we are in May and the world of Workers Compensation continues to move in crazy circles. Insurance Commissioner Poisner has added his own opinions on important case law decisions. It will be an interesting Governors race as he has made his opinions regarding Workers Compensation very clear! But as we know as each swing of the pendulum occurs it only signals how far on the other side that pendulum can swing back. That was the part of this job I had always found so interesting. Nothing was ever written in stone! The good Hearing Representative uses every tool to stay on top of this ever changing world.
Well this month AHRC has the answer for you. We are honored to have Rene Folse to speak this month. If you have not had the pleasure of attending his all day Seminar at The WorkComp Central School you are at a loss. I attended the seminar last year and I found the day rush by as he is a vibrant, intelligent and profoundly helpful instructor. The subjects he covered really assisted me in running my Hearing Representation firm and in preparing my cases that were headed to Trial and he is an expert in the art of negotiation. If you miss this meeting you will regret that in the end...not a threat but rather a promise!
